Explanation of Non-Substantive Changes to OMB Control Number: 3060-0411
Purpose of this Submission: This submission is being made for non-substantive change to an existing information collection pursuant to 44 U.S.C. § 3507. .
There is a newly-discovered typo on the approved form (FCC 485). On the top right of the form, it states “OMD” control number instead of “OMB”. It has now been corrected.
Also, under “Instructions” paragraph 7, we have removed Vanessa Lamb’s name and added Benish Shah.
