AGENCY:

In accordance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, (44
U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), this notice
announces the U.S. Department of
Transportation’s (DOT) intention to
request the Office of Management and
Budget’s (OMB) approval for the
utilization of the Individual Complaint
of Employment Discrimination form
when processing Equal Employment
Opportunity (EEO) discrimination
complaints filed by applicants for
employment with DOT. The OMB
approved the form in 2009 with its
renewal required by September 30,
2012. Subsequently, DOT was given
approval of the form until August 31,
2014. The renewal period then lapsed;
therefore, the form expired.
DATES: Comments on this notice must be
received by June 29, 2015.

Title: Individual Compliant of
Employment Discrimination Form.
Form Numbers: None.
Type of Review: OMB Approval.
Abstract: The DOT will utilize the
form to collect information necessary to
process EEO discrimination complaints
filed by individuals who are not Federal
employees and are applicants for
employment with the Department.
These complaints are processed in
accordance with the U.S. Equal
Employment Opportunity Commission’s
regulations, Title 29, Code of Federal
Regulations, Part 1614, as amended. The
DOT will use the form to: (a) Request
requisite information from the applicant
for processing his/her EEO
discrimination complaint; and (b) obtain
information to identify an individual or
his or her attorney or other
representative, if appropriate. An
applicant’s filing of an EEO
discrimination complaint is solely
voluntary. The DOT estimates that it
takes an applicant approximately one
hour to complete the form.
Respondents: Job applicants filing
EEO discrimination complaints.
Estimated Number of Respondents: 10
per year.
Estimated Total Burden on
Respondents: 10 hours per year.
Comments Are Invited on: (a)
Whether the proposed collection of
information is reasonable for the proper
performance of the EEO functions of the
Department, and (b) the accuracy of the
Department’s estimate of the burden of
the proposed information collection. All
responses to the notice will be
summarized and included in the request

open meeting of the Community
Development Advisory Board (the
‘‘Advisory Board’’), which provides
advice to the Director of the Community
Development Financial Institutions
Fund (CDFI Fund).
DATES: The next meeting of the
Advisory Board will be held from 9 a.m.
to 4 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on
Wednesday, May 20, 2015.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Section
104(d) of the Community Development
Banking and Financial Institutions Act
of 1994 (12 U.S.C. 4703(d)) established
the Advisory Board. The charter for the
Advisory Board has been filed in
accordance with the Federal Advisory
Committee Act, as amended (5 U.S.C.
App.), and with the approval of the
Secretary of the Treasury.
The function of the Advisory Board is
to advise the Director of the CDFI Fund
(who has been delegated the authority to
administer the CDFI Fund) on the
policies regarding the activities of the
CDFI Fund. The Advisory Board does
not advise the CDFI Fund on approving
