Our records indicate that your 2015 Annual Survey of Public Employment & Payroll
(OMB No. 0607-0452) has not been received. This survey, authorized by Title 13, United
States Code, Sections 161 and 182, collects information on the number of employees and
their payroll for state and local governments for the pay periods that include March
12, 2015.
If you have not responded to this survey, please provide the requested information by
April 30, 2015, using one of the following options:
