TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: NGA Customer Satisfaction Survey
PURPOSE: To improve NGA customer satisfaction.
The goal of the NGA Customer Satisfaction study is to assess NGA customer satisfaction with
NGA products and content. This annual study is the instrument that NGA uses to respond to
ODNI requests for customer satisfaction metrics.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:
Individuals who have accessed NGA products and services at least three times in the last 6
months prior to the date of this collection.

Subjects for this study will be identified by a stratified random sample by each IC Agency of
NGA customers who accessed NGA products and content over the past six months via the web.
Three sampling frames will be developed, one each for three separate networks. Each sampling
frame will comprise of the aforementioned NGA customers, identified by Adobe Insight and
GEOAxis. GEOAxis is a user authentication tool that NGA employs to ensure that its content is
accessible to only those with verified credentials.

For each network ODNI agencies (the stratification variable) will be assigned a qualitative size
assessment from which a necessary sample size will be calculated. Each network/agency pair
will be assigned a qualitative size assessment of Small (~1000 customers), Medium (~3000
customers), or Large (~5000 customers) based on NGA web traffic through Adobe Insight and
GEOAxis data. The qualitative sizes for Medium and Large will then be used to calculate a
necessary sample size based on a 95% confidence level, with a +/-7 confidence interval, and a
projected 10% response rate. Because the Small size estimate would require a sample size larger
than the estimated population (1000), all customers will be sampled.

TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: Provide the name of the collection that is the

groups for this collection of information. These groups must have experience with the program.
