Abstract: The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing requirements related to the enforcement of regional standards for central air conditioners, as authorized by the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA) of 1975. This new information collection in in association with the 1910-1400 existing information collection request with respect to manufacturers and adds information collection requirements for distributors and contractors
