In the next submission of this ICR, the COPS Office will either incorporate such measures; provide a concise report describing actions taken to explore this issue, a discussion of key remaining challenges, and a schedule for addressing such challenges; or provide a concise report explaining the reasons why it found such measures were not viable for these grants.
