Abstract: In accordance with the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA), as amended by the Dodd-Frank Act, the proposed regulation require swap dealers, major swap participants and futures commission merchants to designate a chief compliance officer establish specified compliance procedures;prepare and file and as needed,amend an annual compliance report; and maintain certain records related thereto.
