The Federal Emergency
Management Agency (FEMA) will
submit the information collection
abstracted below to the Office of
Management and Budget for review and
clearance in accordance with the
requirements of the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995. The submission
will describe the nature of the
information collection, the categories of
respondents, the estimated burden (i.e.,
the time, effort and resources used by
respondents to respond) and cost, and
the actual data collection instruments
FEMA will use.
DATES: Comments must be submitted on
or before March 18, 2016.

This proposed information collection
previously published in the Federal
Register on December 4, 2015 at 80 FR
75870 with a 60 day public comment
period. No comments were received.
The purpose of this notice is to notify
the public that FEMA will submit the
information collection abstracted below
to the Office of Management and Budget
for review and clearance.

Abstract: The HSGP is an important
tool among a comprehensive set of
measures to help strengthen the Nation
against risks associated with potential
terrorist attacks. DHS/FEMA uses the
information to evaluate applicants’
familiarity with the national
preparedness architecture and identify
how elements of this architecture have
been incorporated into regional/state/
local planning, operations, and
investments.
The HSGP is a primary funding
mechanism for building and sustaining
national preparedness capabilities. The
HSGP is comprised of three separate
grant programs: the State Homeland
Security Program (SHSP), the Urban
Area Security Initiative (UASI), and
Operation Stonegarden (OPSG).
Together, these grants fund a range of
preparedness activities, including
planning, organization, equipment
purchase, training, exercises, and
management and administration costs.

management of the grant program.

Estimated Number of Respondents:
462.
Estimated Total Annual Burden
Hours: 310,357 hours.
Estimated Cost: The estimated annual
cost to respondents for the hour burden
is $19,096,265. There are no annual
costs to respondents’ operations and
maintenance costs for technical
services. There are no annual start-up or
capital costs. The cost to the Federal
Government is $2,022,270.

AGENCY:

On September 2, 2015, the
Federal Emergency Mangement Agency
(FEMA) published in the Federal
Register a notice that contained an
erroneous table. This notice provides a
correction to that table, to be used in
lieu of the information published at 80
FR 53172–53173. The table provided
here lists communities where the
addition or modification of Base Flood
Elevations, base flood depths, Special
Flood Hazard Area boundaries or zone
designations, or the regulatory floodway
