The Federal Collections and Enforcement system does not send the cycle number in the Control Record sent to states as part of the Collection and Adjustment file.
Description of Changes
As a result of this change, the Federal Collections and Enforcement system will send the cycle number in the Control Record to states as part of the Collection and Adjustment file.
Impact to States
This enhancement may require the states to change their state system if they choose to use the cycle number in their processing.
The output record specifications were updated to reflect this change.
This change will not affect the burden of the currently approved package.
