This submission is being made for
proposed non-substantive changes to an existing information
collection pursuant to 44 U.S.C. § 3507. This submission seeks to
update two paragraphs in Part A.1.of the Supporting Statement for
3060-0400. None of these changes affects the Commission’s previous
burden estimates, the reporting requirements, or costs to this
collection. Certain local exchange carriers are required annually
to submit Tariff Review Plan in partial fulfillment of cost support
material required by 47 CFR Parts 51 and 61. The information will
used by FCC, State Commissions, and the public to determine the
justness and reasonableness of rates, terms and conditions in
tariffs as required by Communications Act of 1934, as
amended.
