Abstract: This collection of information will be required by the rule establishing special training, experience, and operating requirements for the Mitsubishi MU-2B series airplane. Revision due to Airworthiness Directives; Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. Airplanes, RIN 2120-AA64.

Emergency Justfication: ICR was not submitted at the NPRM stage because there was no proposed rule. It is an Immediately Adopted Final Rule (IAFR).
