10,196 to 10,481. The number of responses (reports and telephone
and written responses) increased as well from 10,196 to 10,481.
There was a decrease in the burden hours (2,029 to 2,026) due to
the use of a four decimal calculation in the last submission. There
was a decrease in updating current costs including removing costs
for telephone calls ($2,419 to $842).
