Abstract: OFAC General License 17 authorizing new investment in Burma requires U.S. persons to make annual reports to the U.S. State Department on policies/procedures related to anti-corruption, human rights, worker rights, and environmental due diligence. A non-business confidential version of this report will be made available for public review. This information will help the USG assess whether current engagement policies are advancing its foreign policy goals to address the national Pm••rop·n~v• with respect to Burma.
