for a Non-Substantive change
for 1405-0209, Burma Reporting
Requirements
This updates the instructions , by removing outdated information – old burden amount of 21 hours and non-working email addresses. The Burma RRs have been codified in the OFAC regulations and there is no longer a GL, so we removed that as well.
Most importantly, we updated the threshold amount from $500,000 to $5,000,000 as was agreed to. This is the major change.
