An increase of 600 burden hours previously reported for this information collection -- attributed to an increase in the time burden from 60 minutes (1 hour) to 90 minutes 1.5 hours); USCIS re-evaluated to better account for the time it would take an average respondent to complete IC. An increase of $75,750 annual cost burden -- attributed to accounting for the out-of-pocket cost that respondents may incur for the form’s preparation.
