Abstract: 14 CFR Part 61 prescribes certification standards for pilots, flight instructors, and ground instructors. The information collected is used to determine compliance with applicant eligibility, via FAA form 8710-1. This is being revised to add requirements for the Remote Pilot Certificate and/or Rating Application (sUAS) Final Rule.Revision to add requirements for the Operations of Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems over People rulemaking.
