This is a non-substantive request for the currently approved study which has 3,954 burden hours and 4,324 responses. FNS has determined that additional data elements need to be collected from the State agencies, sponsors, and providers in order to respond to research questions posed by this study. To capture these data elements, FNS is proposing to add four new web surveys, and their associated e-mails, into this collection. FNS estimates that these proposed additions will add 232 burden hours and 1,372 responses to this collection as a program change. Upon approval, this collection will have a total of 4,186 burden hours and 5,696 responses.
