The current OMB inventory for
this collection includes 47,800 burden hours. In this submission,
we are requesting a total of 63,561 burden hours. This represents
an adjustment increase of 14,097 burden hours. The adjustment
increase is due to re-estimating the average number of annual
responses and the amount of time required to respond. This also
represents a program increase of 1,664 burden hours due to the
publication of the Subpart G regulations, Well Operations and
Equipment, which added requirements listed under APDs. There are no
changes to the current OMB non-hour cost burden for this one
requirement (APD application fee), which is $862,104.
