DOJ's CJIS is requesting PRA approval of a new collection that would request assessment comments from local, state, tribal, and federal law enforcement agencies that participate in the FBI UCR Program for the purpose of ensuring the collection instrument can be provided in the desired format, reporting burden is minimized, collection instruments are clearly understood, and the impact of collection requirements on respondents is properly assessed.
