There is a program increase of +15,000 respondents and +14,851 responses resulting in an increase of +512 total burden hours. The changes made during this renewal includes increasing the number of locations soliciting responses from approximately 6-8 to approximately 27, to account for all VS Animal Import Centers and air and sea ports. However, APHIS reduced the anticipated response rate from 50 percent to 33 percent to better reflect actual returns.
