Upon request tobacco dealers and/or manufacturers can voluntarily request inspectors to pull samples for inspection and grading to apply U.S. Standard Grades to tobacco samples and to also submit pulled samples to a USDA laboratory that applies pesticide residue standards. A detailed analysis is provided by Tobacco Programs to the customer.
