Abstract: The proposed evaluation will provide a detailed description of how data elements are compiled for the FNS-10, FNS-742, and FNS-834 at the school or site, SFA and State levels. The evaluation will also identify potential sources of error when completing these forms, and provide FNS with recommendations for improving the data collection process to improve the accuracy of data. Accuracy of the data is paramount due to its use in making and evaluating policy decisions throughout the programs.
