Using the S400, part 121 and 121/135 certificate holders will voluntarily input their responses to FAA questions regarding Commercial Aviation Safety Team Safety Enhancements (SEs) implementation using Web-based Operations Safety System (webOPSS). The collection of this information will enhance safety by allowing the FAA to measure the level of CAST SE implementation and evaluate SE effectiveness.
