Introduction

Thank you for taking the time to speak with us today! We are user experience researchers working with the National Science Foundation to improve their IUCRC websites, making them more engaging and useful to users like you. Before we get started, do you mind if we record this session, for note taking purposes? It will not be shared with anyone else.

We’re going to ask you a few questions about the IUCRC website and how it can best support your needs. Then we’ll ask you to show us how you would do a few things on their website.
