the opportunity to review and submit on-line recipes for the
purposes of ensuring that only high quality information remain in
the database.

The number of respondents
increased from 250 to 3,670 and the number of responses increased
from 250 to 8,710. The burden hours have increased from 30 to
1,267, which is a difference of 1,237. The increase in hours is due
to the combination of the USDA programs and the new recipe
database. More respondents and responses are expected.
