The U.S. Department of Labor's Chief
Evaluation Office in partnership with the Office of Disability
Employment Policy will methodically study the level of customer
satisfaction with the Technical Assistance Centers that assist
employers, federal agencies, state governments, non-profits,
individuals with disabilities, and others with technical assistance
and policy development concerning the integration of people with
disabilities into employment. This is a new information collection.
The study will include data collected from short and in-depth
surveys as well as qualitative interviews with customers and TA
center staff.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding
the proposed collection of information, that the certification
covers:
