Reconciliation Act
As reported by the Internal
Revenue Service, there is a change in the burden previously
approved by OMB due to update of the shared burden information
between Departments. The annual cost burden was erroneously omitted
from the prior ROCIS system entry however the cost was included in
the supporting statement submission. This submission is also to
renew the collection. This over all Information Collection Request
shared between the Departments’ seeks no program changes or
adjustments. Changes to the estimates are a result of the decrease
in the number of grandfathered group health plans over-time and
increases in wages and postage rates.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).

the proposed collection of information, that the certification
covers:
