Terms of Clearance: This information collection is approved consistent with changes outlined in supporting documentation. DHS will publish the updated Form I-9 no later than July 17, 2017. DHS will allow employers to use the previous version (Rev. 11/14/2016) N through September 17, 2017. After September 17, 2017, all previous versions of Form I-9 will be invalid. DHS will publish the I-9 that incorporates changes related to the International Entrepreneur Rule no earlier than the effective date of the International Entrepreneur Rule.
