Summary


The following is a draft of the micronarrative survey presented as an augmentation to the focus group research initiative currently underway by the Department of Education and Huge. This will allow the Department to validate or expand on what was heard in the focus group mix and provide a deeper glimpse into the American psyche.

Introduction


Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts today. We are a research agency looking to better understand your views and experience with the education system in the United States, as parents of current students. This survey will take three to five minutes of your time, and help improve the delivery of education in the U.S. 


You will be given opportunities to comment on what is working and is not working in American education today, and share your views on the types of changes you would like to see happen. 


Your responses will be kept completely confidential. We thank you for your participation and greatly value the insights you can share from your experience.
