  • How has the program helped you stay connected to traditional American Indian, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian (AI/AN/NH) ways of life (food choices, spirituality, language, music and so on)

  • I can talk to someone if I have a problem or if I think someone is trying to take advantage of me

  • How does the program help you get around your house or community?

  • How does the program help with your day-to-day activities?
