Short Statement: There is a reduction of 36,500 hours from the previously approved burden. This is due to revised estimates of the time it takes to complete each survey (from one hour to 15 minutes), as well as a reduction in the amount of expected surveys completed (from 40,000 to 14,000 responses) based on past experience.
