Information collected from State Departments of Transportation is used by the FHWA as the grant application for FHWA planning and research funds, and to monitor program and financial progress of the grants. This is used in lieu of Standard Form 424, Application for Federal Assistance, the FHWA uses a work program as the grant application. This collection will be conducted annually by the State DOT's, and it is required to obtain benefits. There are no plans to publish the results of this data collection. There are no revisions with this renewal.
