In reference to the document: APPENDIX A4. STATEMENT OF CONFIDENTIALITY AND NONDISCLOSURE
The confidentiality document is not impressive. I recommend an upgraded Statement of Confidentiality for Westat employees, which refers to Federal laws governing access, usage, and disposal of private citizens’ data. I’ve attached NASS’s ADM-004 as an example. This ADM-004 is used for both NASS and NASDA employees. I also suggest the questionnaires reflect more of the Federal protections afforded to the collected data. These protections could be incorporated into the questionnaires themselves, or linked with a permanent web location.
Otherwise, I have no additional suggestions or comments for the statistical methods proposed for this study.
