I. Funded Local Health Department (LHDs)
The five funded LHDs under CDC 1605 Program (Preventing Teen Dating and Youth Violence by Addressing Shared Risk and Protective Factors) are

Minneapolis City Health Department (Minneapolis, MN)
Monterey County Health Department (Salinas, CA)
Multnomah County Health Department (Portland, OR)
II. Potential Respondents for Telephone Interviews with Prevention Strategy Program Coordinator
A total of 22 respondents will participate in the telephone interviews. These interviews are conducted with program coordinators who manage, deliver, and coordinate violence prevention strategies intended to affect teen dating violence and youth violence using the 1605 funding. Of those, 15 are employees of LHDs and 7 are delegates. These non-profit organizations or academic institutions receive grants or contracts from the local health departments to manage, deliver, and coordinate violence prevention strategies on behalf of the LHDs. These delegate organizations often have access to the population of focus where the LHDs may not.
