This is an extension for a collection used to evaluate and rank applications for the annual Coast Guard Exchange System Scholarship Program. Scholarships are awarded on an annual basis to the top ranking applicants who are Coast Guard dependents. Awards are based on academic achievement which is supplied on the application.
