Commercial TV broadcast stations and
Class A TV broadcast stations are both require to file FCC Form
2100, Schedule H (form FCC Form 398). Schedule H is a standardized
form that provides for consistent reporting by all licensees and
facilitates efforts by the public and FCC to monitor compliance
with the Children's TV Act.

The Commission has the
following adjustments/increases to this collection which are due to
the Commission reevaluating the burdens for this collection: 214 to
the number of respondents, 856 to the annual number of responses,
10,272 to the annual burden hours and $513,600 to the annual cost.
