SOI’s response to the Federal Register Notice Comment 1545-2250 is as follows:
Thank you for your letter which suggests IRS consider conducting an external survey of external stakeholders of the Whistleblower Program. It has been forwarded to the Whistleblower Office for consideration. The Whistleblower Office has not conducted an external customer satisfaction survey and are not currently planning to implement one at this time.
