Short Statement: This is a new information collection request to collect contact information from schools and organizations working in the CACFP so that the Food and Nutrition Service can provide them with resources developed under the Team Nutrition Initiative. This information collection request will add 367,992 responses and 35,914 burden hours as a program change to OMB's inventory.
