Abstract: This form is used by CBP in compliance with Sections 251 and 252 of the Immigration and Nationality Act to document the conditions and limitations imposed upon alien crewman applying for benefits under Section 252 of the INA. The use of this form is necessary to obtain authorization for entry into the United States.
