Abstract: The Department is updating the Privacy Act Statement on these attestations to identify the change of System of Records Notice (SORN) document from the Common Services for Borrowers SORN (18-11-16) to the Customer Engagement Management System (CEMS) SORN (18-11-11) which replaces the “Office of the Student Loan Ombudsman Records”. This change provides updated uses and expands the information held under the revised SORN to users of the form.
