This is to request the Office of Management and Budgetâs (OMB) approval for the proposed Regular Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Customer Satisfaction. In order to work continuously to ensure that our programs are effective and meet our customersâ needs, Office of the Secretary of Transportation (OST) (hereafter âthe Agencyâ), seeks to obtain an OMB approval of a Regular Generic Clearance to collect qualitative feedback on our service delivery. By qualitative feedback we mean information that provides useful insights on perceptions and opinions, but are not statistical surveys that yield quantitative results that can be generalized to the population of study. The Agency has already received OMBâs approval for a Fast Track Clearance (OMB Control # 2105-0573).

This is DOT OST's first request for a Regular Generic Clearance ICR which will serve as an umbrella for subsequent Generic Clearance for surveys conducted by OST program Offices. The Agency has already received OMBâs approval for a Fast Track Clearance (OMB Control # 2105-0573).
