This reinstatement includes the consolidation of 58 active information collections, 11 discontinued information collections, and 4 information collections in the approval process. It also includes 7,500 hours of projected new annual burden. The program revised 7 CFR 319.56, streamlining the section and simplifying the approval and notice process for new commodities; new information collections for added commodities are no longer required. To report new burden as it is accumulated, the Program will send to OIRA periodic reports as non-substantive changes to this information collection.
