To provide needed information to evaluate requests for Department of the Army permits. This information is needed from applicants who propose to do work in Waters of the United States pursuant to Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act or Section 404 of the Clean Water Act. This request covers the existing ENG 4345 form used for approximately 30 years and a new proposed form specific to the Nationwide Permits (ENG 6082).
