years. As terms of clearance and as required by 5 CFR 1320.8(d)(1),
before the agency submits a renewal request for this collection it
is required to consult with up to 9 respondents on matters
including the accuracy of the burden estimate, ways to minimize the
burden, and ways to improve the quality and utility of the
collection. In addition, the agency is reminded to include
applicable joint forms for approval with its next ICR

To provide needed information to
evaluate requests for Department of the Army permits. This
information is needed from applicants who propose to do work in
Waters of the United States pursuant to Section 10 of the Rivers
and Harbors Act or Section 404 of the Clean Water Act. This request
covers the existing ENG 4345 form used for approximately 30 years
and a new proposed form specific to the Nationwide Permits (ENG
6082).
