pdfVoluntary RSVP - NASA STEM Summit December 2020
We are planning the 2020 NASA STEM Summit. It will be a full-day, immersive and engaging virtual
experience on December 2, 2020. We are excited to broadly extend an invitation to participate in the
summit to all NASA civil servant and contractor personnel who have a vested interest in engaging
students in NASA’s mission. We would love for you to participate! Please mark your calendars for the
NASA OSTEM virtual summit on December 2, 2020 (10:00 am – 6:00 pm Eastern).
As we finalize our preparations for the event, we are looking for your comments and suggestions now,
so the content of the summit is most useful to you and your team. We are planning separate tracks for
different types of attendees whose work supports student engagement in NASA’s mission, across the
various grade levels (K-Graduate). The summit is designed to facilitate networking with like-minded
professionals, encourage the exchange information with keynote experts and provide opportunities to
learn about promising practices across the agency through concurrent breakout sessions.
The information provided below will assist in the planning and enable pre-event communication. All
registered attendees will receive login information via email. We will also provide you with a
participant guide that will afford greater detail on what to expect in terms of logistics, keynotes,
discussion groups, professional development, and networking opportunities.
This information collection meets the requirements of 44 U.S.C 3507, as amended by section 2 of the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The OMB control number for this information collection is 27000153 and it expires on September 30, 2021. We estimate this survey will take 5 minutes. You may send
