The Scholarship For Service (SFS) Program was established by the National Science Foundation (NSF) in accordance with Presidential Directive 63 and the Federal Cyber Service Training and Education Initiative as described in the President’'s National Plan for Information Systems Protection. The Internet Site will register program students, agency officials, principal investigators, and program administrators; provide the ability for students to create and maintain online resumes; provide Federal agency officials access to student resumes for placement opportunities; provide placement status reports; and overall system support and maintenance by program administrators.
