In 2012, the NG911 Advancement Act of 2012 (Pub. L. 112-96, Title VI, Subtitle E) reauthorized and enacted changes to the existing 911 grant program. This information collection is used to determine whether the applicants meet the requirements of the Act in order for the agency to make a grant award and for grant recipients to provide annual reports throughout the program.
