  • If your firm operates storage facilities in more than one state, separate reports should be prepared for each state.

  • Report total capacity and stocks of whole grains and oilseeds in storage facilities operated by your firm.

  • If your firm operates more than one Mill, Elevator, or Warehouse in Minnesota:

    • report total data for all storage facilities if individual storage facilities do not report.

    • report only your plant’s storage facilities if individual storage facilities report separately.

  • INCLUDE both bulk and sacked capacity in the rated storage capacity.

  • INCLUDE all whole grains and oilseeds stored in your facilities and/or piles (temporarily stored) regardless of ownership for farmers, elevators, millers, processors, farmer owned reserve, under loan, and the Government Commodity Credit Corporation.

  • INCLUDE grain to be used for seed.

  • INCLUDE both domestic and imported stocks.

  • EXCLUDE grain owned and/or stored at another licensed grain elevator.
