Short Statement: This is a revision to an existing application. The existing application covers the burden associated with the PY 2020 study, which had a total burden of $6,975.50 and 175 hours. The changes in burden associated with this amended application are due to the addition of the PY 2021 study, including the increase in the number of participating facilities and requested records as well as the update to the wage estimate. The annual hour burden associated with the PY 2021 study is 1,500. The annual burden associated with the PY 2021 study is $61,770.00
