The updated burden estimates present decreases of 21,816 hours and $77,460 in labor costs, and a $288,100 decrease in capital/non-labor cost, over the currently cleared FTC burden totals, after the halving for shared inter-agency enforcement. The decreases in hours, labor costs, and capital/non-labor costs are largely attributable to a decreased estimate of the projected number of requests for free annual file disclosures.
