Short Statement: The CDFI Fund has not made any changes to the certification application. The adjustment in agency estimate is due to a substantial increase in the aggregate number of respondents from 175 to 300. This is based on the implementation of the electronic application. The CDFI Fund expects to receive more submissions. Total burden hours requested is 11,250.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
